Institute of Business and Management is established in order to encourage and coordinate the university scientific research work, initiating research and development projects, cooperation with international research organizations on scientific and applied projects. The institute builds the university academic capital through mobilization of all internal resources and creates future leaders and researchers, motivating students to engage in research projects.
The Institute organizes scientific conferences, seminars, workshops and symposiums in order to disseminate research findings and encourage the transfer of knowledge in the community and in the academic classes.
